Investigating - We are aware of a major global incident affecting Cloudflare services, which may impact a number of applications and websites across the internet, including some of our own client-facing systems.

Cloudflare has confirmed widespread issues across their global network, resulting in intermittent 500 errors, API failures, and Dashboard inaccessibility. This is an active incident on their side.

Current Impact:
At present, you may experience:
- Slow or intermittent loading of certain cloud-hosted services
- Occasional errors when accessing systems routed through Cloudflare
- Reduced performance or temporary unavailability of some external applications

Our own service availability is not directly impacted, but some third-party integrations and external vendor portals may show degraded performance.

What We Are Doing:
We are actively monitoring Cloudflare’s updates and assessing any downstream impact to services used by our clients.
Our engineers will take any mitigation actions available while Cloudflare works on resolving their global network issue.

Vendor Status:
Cloudflare is continuing to investigate and remediate the problem. Their latest updates indicate partial service recovery, but error rates remain higher than normal.

Next Update:
We will provide further updates as Cloudflare releases more information or if any change in impact is detected.

Thank you for your patience.
